Repeat Prescriptions
Patients of The Moore Practice may request repeat prescriptions by telephone, post, or here via the website.

Medical Notes and Records24 hours’ notice is needed for repeat prescriptions. These can either be collected when the practice is open or posted first class. Alternatively, we can arrange for The Independent Dispensary to dispense and deliver medications to London addresses within a few hours. Please advise the practice if you would like to use this service.

Telephone prescriptions to pharmacists are only carried out in exceptional circumstances or emergencies and the charge for this service is £40.
