Telephone and email advice will be charged sometimes when a significant amount of advice, treatment and organisation is involved.
Please note that fees should be paid directly to the Practice and not through an insurance company.
If you need a receipt for insurance, please ask for this at the time you settle your bill.
Cheques should be made payable to THE MOORE PRACTICE LIMITED.
We accept credit cards, except American Express or Diners.
Fees are usually payable at the time of the consultation but if this is not possible, telephone payments by credit card are also accepted.
Please note that fees must be settled within 30 days from the date of the consultation.
A cancellation charge of 50% of the fee applies if less than 4 hours’ notice is given
