Moore Medical Practice Fees

• A cancellation charge of 50% of the fee applies if less than 4 hours’ notice is given.
• Telephone and email advice will be charged sometimes when a significant amount of advice, treatment and organisation is involved.
• Fees are usually payable at the time of the consultation should be paid directly to the Practice, not through an insurance company.
• If you need a receipt for insurance, please ask for this at the time you settle your bill.
• Payment can be made by credit card (except American Express) or by cheque made payable to Moore Medical Practice.
• Please note that fees must be settled within 30 days from the date of the consultation.
• If you are having difficulty paying your fees, please apply in writing to Dr Simon Moore to arrange a monthly payment scheme to help you. Failure to do so will be addressed by our debt collectors for which an administrative fee will also become payable.
